Daisuke Iwai is a professor at the Graduate School of Engineering Science at the University of Osaka, running the XR Group. His research interests include augmented reality, virtual reality, projection mapping, projector-camera systems, computational displays, digital fabrication, human-computer interaction, and Shitsukan science. Prof. Iwai is the recipient of numerous awards, including a JSPS Prize and the title of Osaka University Distinguished Professor, as well as many Best Paper, Poster, and Demo Awards.
